Due to the laws and regulations of the European Union, please ensure that you check your passport expiration date. Most countries within the EU require your passport to be valid for at least six months beyond the date of your departure.

If your passport requires renewal, please plan ahead! Currently passport processing times are about 10 weeks.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY ROOM?

Kristen and Kolby have already reserved accommodations for September 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, so you don't need to book your own. Please get in touch with Kristen or Kolby to arrange your stay, and you can pay them directly to secure your spot at either La Foce or Borgo di Castelvecchio.

CAN WE BRING OUR CHILDREN?

We absolutely adore your little ones! However, we've decided to keep our wedding to adults only. We hope you understand!

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED ONCE THE EVENTS BEGIN?

Yes, transportation to and from all wedding events will be provided for guests staying at La Foce or Borgo di Castelvecchio. *Please note that you will need to arrange your own transportation upon arrival on September 2nd and departure on September 5th. If you need assistance with transportation, please contact the bride or groom.*

WHAT AIRPORT SHOULD I FLY TO?

Florence is the nearest major airport to the venue, approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes away, while Rome is the second closest, at about 2 hours and 30 minutes. You can travel from either city to the venue by renting a car or arranging a car service. We recommend booking your transportation in advance. Ladies, for the welcome party and wedding day, we suggest wearing block heels or wedges, as both dinners will be held on gravel surfaces.

Can I take a train to the venues from Florence or Rome?

Yes, the closest train station to the venues is Chiusi-Chianciano Terme. We recommend purchasing your tickets in advance.
